Mr. Lancaster joined the firm in 2007. Prior to that, he practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada as Assistant In-House Counsel for Robb Evans & Associates, a receivership corporation. At Robb Evans he served as a Court appointed receiver in complex corporate litigation. He has extensive experience in the construction industry as his father is a local general contractor and many of his family members work in the construction industry.
Mr. Lancaster earned his B.A. degree from Southern Utah University in 2003. In 2006, he earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. He graduated Cum Laude from MSU Law.
Mr. Lancaster grew up in Orem where he attended Mountain View High School and UVSC, and has returned to live there with his wife Shannon and their daughters Isabelle and Olivia. While at Mountain View he was selected to the first team All-State in baseball, and later played baseball at UVSC and SUU. He still enjoys playing baseball, as well as golf, hunting, and fishing.
