Morgan Fife is a member of RSA's litigation practice section. His practice is focused on complex commercial and general civil litigation. Mr. Fife represents and advises clients in all aspects and types of commercial litigation. His experience includes construction, real property, contract, business, collections, personal injury, and securities litigation.
Mr. Fife attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at
Brigham Young University
, where he graduated with honors. During law school, Mr. Fife served as a Lead Note and Comment Editor on the BYU Law Review, and published the article Predator in the Primary: Applying the Tort of Negligent Hiring to Volunteers in Religious Organizations. Additionally, Mr. Fife served as a Dean's Fellow in the Academic Success Program and received and maintained an Academic Scholarship for the duration of his studies at BYU.
Mr. Fife resides in Spanish Fork,
Utah
, with his wife Jennie and his two sons. He enjoys basketball, cycling, and politics.
