Thomas W. Seiler joined the firm as a partner in 1988.

Mr. Seiler has served as an Examiner in Torts for the Utah State Bar since 1994, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association since 1997. He is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Law Help, a program which provides legal assistance to low income residents of Utah.

Mr. Seiler earned his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University in 1977, and his B.A. degree at the same university in 1972.
