The law firm of Robinson, Seiler & Anderson, LC, is one of the leading civil trial law firms serving the Provo-Orem metropolitan area and the Utah Valley. For more than 50 years, our firm has earned a reputation for providing clients with legal services of the highest quality.
Our law firm traces its origin to 1959, when Robert J. Sumsion and Boyd L. Park, then separately engaged in the solo practice of law in Springville and Spanish Fork, Utah, respectively, formed a partnership. In 1966, the attorneys moved their offices to Provo, Utah.
In 1977, Mark F. Robinson joined the firm as an associate. In 1979, Mr. Sumsion was appointed circuit court judge, Mr. Robinson became a partner in the firm, and the firm became Park and Robinson. In 1986, Mr. Park was appointed district court judge in Provo, and the firm's name was changed to Robinson and Glazier. With the addition of Thomas W. Seiler in 1988, the firm's name became Robinson, Seiler & Glazier, LC, and the firm was organized as a limited liability company. In 2004, Jared L. Anderson became a partner in the firm, and in 2005, the firm was reorganized as Robinson, Seiler & Anderson, LC.

As proud as we are of our history, our vision is toward the future. In order to more fully serve our clients, we have associate attorneys, law clerks, bookkeeping and a complementing secretarial staff. In an era of specialization, abstract legal expertise no longer suffices. The attorneys in our office all have particular fields of focus and emphasis in which each has demonstrated recognized skill and leadership. We maintain a clear vision of the future with the assistance of modern office systems and technology which enable us to economically provide top-quality legal services to our clients.
All attorneys in the firm are members of the Utah State Bar Association and the Central Utah Bar Association. Members of the firm have served in leadership positions in the state and local bar associations, on committees for the state bar, gubernatorial legislative task forces, and in state and local panels rendering public service. The attorneys in the firm have lectured frequently on legal matters for the benefit of the public. All members participate regularly in continuing legal education in order to stay current in all areas affecting our clients.
Clients represented by the firm include banks and credit unions, large and small businesses, school districts, national and local title insurance companies, real estate development and management companies, and contractors. The firm also represents local clients engaged in health care, retailing, manufacturing, distributing, farming and ranching, computer and electronic technology and food services, among others.
