Serious Injury

Provo Serious Injury Attorneys

If you have suffered a serious injury in an accident that was caused by someone else’s negligence, resolving your legal case is secondary to recovering your health. A financial settlement alone will not help you get your life back.

At Robinson, Seiler & Anderson, LC, our Provo Utah Attorneys will help you obtain the proper medical care you need to recover your health as fully as possible after an accident. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your personal injury case.

Why You Need to Be Patient in Resolving Your Case

Injuries can be difficult to diagnose and treat. For example, if you have a health issue such as back pain, your doctor may treat your injury conservatively. If you do not get better with physical therapy and other noninvasive care, your doctor may decide that you need surgery. Even after your treatment, your back is not the same as it was before the accident. You may have limitations, which affect your ability to work and do the things you enjoy.

No matter what kind of injury you have, it’s important to make sure that you have reached what is known as maximum medical improvement before you resolve your personal injury case. Otherwise, you will not know what level of impairment you may suffer or what future needs you may have.

You only have one opportunity to obtain compensation for your injury. If you do not do it right the first time, you could end up with less money than you need to meet your future needs.
